THE LEARNING CONNECTION PRESENTS MEDITATION FOR MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT

Join the Learning Connection as we practice meditation techniques to help combat the everyday stresses we allow to take over our lives. Civil McGowan, a Chopra Center Trained practitioner, will lead us through some techniques to improve brain function, slow aging, and decrease depression and anxiety.
